01. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern Slotz, provided by ATHiVO (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using Slotz, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Slotz is currently offered for supported venues and users in Sri Lanka. Features, venue coverage, and payment options may change.
02. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Google sign-in remains subject to Google's applicable terms.
Partner users must have authority to act for the venue or organisation they manage. Venue owners are responsible for staff access, venue information, availability, prices, payout details, and keeping those details accurate.
03. Bookings, venues, and payments
Slotz provides technology that connects customers with independently operated venues. The venue supplies the facility, confirms operational availability, and is responsible for the safety, quality, rules, and fulfilment of the booked service.
The total price and available payment method are shown during booking. A booking is confirmed only when the app displays confirmation. Venue-specific cancellation, no-show, refund, bank-transfer, and rescheduling rules shown in the app or communicated for the booking apply. Payment processing may be provided by PayHere, Stripe, or the venue. Do not send card details to ATHIVO support.
Raise booking or payment concerns promptly through contact.athivo@gmail.com. We may coordinate with the venue and payment provider, but refunds remain subject to the applicable booking terms, provider processing, and law.
04. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Slotz, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, create fraudulent bookings, submit deceptive receipts or reviews, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, impersonate another person, violate venue rules, or use Slotz unlawfully.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, venues, payments, or the service; investigate suspected abuse; or comply with law. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
05. Content and intellectual property
Slotz and its software, branding, designs, and platform content are owned by ATHIVO or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Slotz for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give ATHIVO a licence to host, process, display, and share that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support Slotz. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it is lawful and accurate.
06. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Slotz reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every listing is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATHIVO is not responsible for venue acts or omissions, injuries at independently operated venues, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
07. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Slotz and request account deletion at any time. Outstanding bookings, payments, refunds, disputes, or legal recordkeeping may continue after a request. See the deletion page.
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
08. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact contact.athivo@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve a concern.
